Learn To Speak Your Body’s Language

The Verdura Method teaches you how to lose weight, dramatically increase energy and be symptom free all without counting calories, macros or points. You become fluent in your body’s own nutritional and wellness needs.

Our signature 12-week course is based on the foundation of a food log and using our Symptom Catalog™ to figure out what foods are best for you. Taking it one step at a time, you work your way through an ideal day, are given homework in the way of recipes to try and journal prompts to help you reflect on the choices you’re making.
