Learn To Speak Your Body’s Language

The Verdura Method teaches you how to become fluent in your body’s own nutritional and wellness needs by utilizing the 4 foundational skills of language learning: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Our signature 12-week course is based on the foundation of a food log and using our Symptom Catalog™ to figure out what foods are best for you. Taking it one step at a time, you work your way through an ideal day, are given homework in the way of recipes to try and journal prompts to help you reflect on the choices you’re making.
